Customer Service

Because all of our customers are important, our professional staffs are dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra miles to make your floral gift perfect. We even offer to deliver your floral gift with a FREE greeting card that has your message to the recipient within 24 hours and send digital photos of the recipient (who resides in Saigon or HoChiMinh City) FREE to the senders. You can place an order by phone or online at our website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our easy to follow instructions will lead you through. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal, money order (normally it will take 3-4 days for money order to be received, so please plan accordingly), and Western Union.

Order Confirmation

We will send you an email confirmation including all the information you have submitted on your order. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by phone and/or email.

Delivery Policy

We will do everything possible to accommodate a delivery time you have requested, such as morning, afternoon or evening delivery. Our delivery time is between 7AM to 10PM Saigon, Vietnam time. Cut off time for same day deliver is 12 PM Vietnam time. If you order by 12:00 PM (Vietnam time), we could deliver the flowers the same day, any day you have requested in your order. When orders are received after 12:00 PM (Vietname time), we will do our best to get your order prepared and delivered that day, but if we could not, we will deliver the following day. On special days such as January 1, Valentine, March 8, April 30, Mother's Day, Father's Day, September 2, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Vietnamese New Year (Tet), ... please order at least 72 hours ahead to guarantee the best flowers. Also, we may deliver 24-48 hours before these days because the recipients tend to travel out of town. Incomplete address, phone number, information of sender and receiver may delay the delivery. We can not deliver to P.O boxes and some rural areas. Delivery Fee: * For orders to center of Saigon (HCMC), the shipping and handling cost is FREE. * For orders to some Districts surrounding Saigon (HCMC) (such as District 2, District 7, District 9, Binh Chanh, Binh Tan, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Tan Phu, Thu Duc), the shipping and handling cost is 4 USD. * For orders to other cities, the shipping and handling cost is 6 USD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy/Fee: All order cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the estimated delivery time. The cancellation fee is 15% of the order's value. Please contact us at 503-475-6945 as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. We can't cancel orders once they have been delivered. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Substitution Policy

Seasonal condition may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific color may not always be available. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
